Genuine Alpha 1.030996 expansion vessel for Alpha InTec gas boilers.
What it does
The expansion vessel absorbs the expansion of the heating water as it warms up, keeping the pressure in the sealed system stable.
Signs it needs replacing
Pressure that climbs sharply when the heating runs and drops back when it cools, or a relief valve that discharges, usually means the vessel has lost its air charge or its diaphragm has failed.

Alpha InTec 24X, 26C, 28X, 30C, 30GS, 34C & 40GS.
