Delivery: Costs and Timescales

We partner with a number of different delivery companies, such as DPD Interlink, UPS and TNT, depending on the type of product and which warehouse holds the stock. All our delivery partners operate 9am - 5pm on Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. It is sometimes possible to arrange delivery outside of these times, and if this is important to you, please contact us on 01934 253600 before placing your order so we can advise of costs and confirm availability. All delivery methods are subject to 1pm cut-off.

For orders UNDER £150 (ex-VAT).

Standard delivery (Up to 5 working days) to mainland United Kingdom is £9.99 (ex-VAT). This fee is automatically added to your shopping cart when you check out, depending on the value of your purchase.

Express delivery (Normally delivered within 2 working days, subject to a 1pm cut-off, but some large items may be longer: please call if in doubt). The cost is £14.99 (ex-VAT). This fee is automatically added when you select the Express Delivery option on the checkout page.

For orders BETWEEN £150-£499.99 (ex-VAT).

Standard delivery (Up to 5 working days) to mainland England, Scotland and Wales is free of charge. This will be calculated automatically as you check out.

Express delivery (Normally delivered within 2 working days, subject to a 1pm cut-off, but some large items may be longer: please call if in doubt). The cost is £19.99 (ex-VAT). This fee is automatically added when you select the Express Delivery option on the checkout page.

For orders BETWEEN £500-£749.99 (ex-VAT).

Standard delivery (Up to 5 working days) to mainland England, Scotland and Wales is free of charge. This will be calculated automatically as you check out.

Express delivery (Normally delivered within 2 working days, subject to a 1pm cut-off, but some large items may be longer: please call if in doubt). The cost is £24.99 (ex-VAT). This fee is automatically added when you select the Express Delivery option on the checkout page.

For orders OVER £750 (ex-VAT).

Standard delivery (Up to 5 working days) to mainland England, Scotland and Wales is free of charge. This will be calculated automatically as you check out.

Express delivery (Normally delivered within 2 working days, subject to a 1pm cut-off, but some large items may be longer: please call if in doubt). The cost is £29.99 (ex-VAT). This fee is automatically added when you select the Express Delivery option on the checkout page.

Pallet and bulky deliveries -

Please note: Pallet and bulky deliveries are always a kerbside delivery. This means there is no additional assistance to get your products into your building or site. Pallet deliveries generally do not have tracking information or timeslots but if you call us on the day of delivery we will do our best to get a rough idea of when the delivery will take place.

PLEASE NOTE: It is possible that for most deliveries outside of mainland England, Scotland and Wales you will be contacted regarding additional delivery costs.

IMPORTANT: we'll always do our best to make sure your goods arrive with you as soon as possible, but we cannot be held liable for any delays which might occur, and so please do not book tradesmen or incur other costs assuming the delivery on a particular date. If you refuse a delivery with any undamaged items on it, you will be charged for the return and the redelivery of those items. For large pallet deliveries please be aware that the costs will be considerably higher than the fee you are charged for delivery.
