About Intergas Parts
Intergas is a Dutch boiler manufacturer whose roots go back to 1939. It moved to Coevorden in 1961 after natural gas was discovered in the Netherlands, started making heating products in the mid-1960s and launched its first condensing boiler in 1989. Its boilers, including the popular Combi Compact range, are known for the two-in-one heat exchanger at the heart of every unit, and Intergas has been part of Rheem since 2019. Because the seals, electrodes and sensors in a boiler wear with heat and use, they're among the parts most often replaced at a service, and they need to match your exact Intergas model.

Common Intergas Parts We Stock
- Seals & gaskets — general seals, front plate seals, Combi Compact seals and electrode gaskets that keep the combustion circuit airtight
- Ignition & flame detection — ignition and ionisation electrodes and Siemens TQG43 smart ignition modules that light the burner and prove the flame
- Sensors — NTC temperature sensors and boiler water pressure sensors that report back to the boiler's controls
- Valves — 1/2" pressure relief valves that protect the system from excess pressure
- Servicing kits — bundled components typically replaced at a routine boiler service
How to Find the Right Intergas Part
Intergas parts are matched to the boiler model, so start by checking the model and serial number on your boiler's data plate, then cross-check the part number on the component you're replacing. Seals in particular differ between boiler ranges, so a Combi Compact seal won't necessarily suit another model. If you're not sure which part you need, use our Can't Identify Your Spare Part? service, or send our trade counter team the model number or a photo of the old component and we'll match it for you.

Intergas Parts — Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know which Intergas part I need?
Check your boiler's data plate for the exact model and serial number, then match the part number on the component you're replacing. If you're unsure, send us the details and we'll confirm the correct part.
Are these genuine Intergas parts?
Yes — the Intergas spares we stock are genuine manufacturer parts, so they match the fit and performance of the original component. A small number of items, such as the boiler pressure sensor, are supplied as replacement parts and are labelled as such.
What causes ignition faults on an Intergas boiler?
A worn or fouled ignition and ionisation electrode is a common cause of ignition lockouts, as the electrode both lights the burner and confirms the flame is present. The ignition module can also be a factor, so check both if the fault persists.
What does a boiler pressure sensor do?
The pressure sensor reports the system's water pressure to the boiler's controls, so a faulty one can cause false low-pressure errors or lockouts even when the pressure gauge reads correctly.
Should I replace boiler components myself?
Gas boiler servicing and repair should be carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer, as these components sit within the combustion and gas circuits and affect the safe operation of the appliance.
