The Baxi 248043 Automatic Air Vent is a critical hydraulic safety component designed to automatically release trapped air from your heating system, preventing airlocks and enabling smooth, noise-free water circulation. Equipped with a float mechanism inside the brass/black alloy housing, it opens to vent air when water flow drops and seals again when water rises—ensuring continuous efficient operation.
