Free standard delivery covers mainland England, Scotland (excluding Highlands and islands) and Wales. For deliveries outside these areas — including the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands — you may be contacted about additional costs. Pallet and bulky deliveries are always kerbside only — the driver delivers to the kerbside but cannot assist in moving goods inside your building or site. Pallet deliveries generally do not include tracking or delivery timeslots. If you call us on the day of delivery we will do our best to get a rough ETA from the carrier.

We put a great deal of time and effort into our inspection, packing, and delivery services, but if anything arrives damaged please contact us immediately, within 48 hours. You have up to 30 days to return damaged goods, although in some circumstances it may be more convenient for things to be fixed at your premises — please call us and we'll resolve things in the fastest, most convenient way.

Consumer You can cancel at any time up to 14 days after the day of delivery. No reason is required. Email [email protected] — you'll receive full instructions and an Official Returns Number within 48 hours.

Business You can also cancel within 14 calendar days of delivery. Email [email protected] — instructions follow within 2 working days. A standard 25% restocking and handling charge applies to all business returns, plus any additional supplier fees for non-stock items.

Before returning anything you must first obtain an Official Returns Number by emailing [email protected]. Full instructions will follow within 48 hours (2 working days for businesses).

• You must return goods at your own expense.
• Package goods adequately to protect against transit damage.
• Goods must arrive back in good, resaleable condition.
• If we need to arrange collection, the direct cost of collection will be charged to you.
• If goods are not received in resaleable condition, a fee reflecting the reduction in value will be applied.

Consumer Providing goods are received in good (resaleable) condition and correct procedures have been followed, you will be refunded in full including original postage fees. Any logistics costs we have incurred are excluded. Special orders and non-stock finishes may incur additional restocking fees.

Business Delivery charges paid as part of your original order will not be refunded, nor will any logistics costs incurred by us. The 25% restocking charge is deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds are processed within a few working days of us receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

Yes. Under the WEEE regulations we offer free take-back of your old appliance on a like-for-like basis when you purchase a new electrical product from us.

We accept payment online via debit card, credit card, or PayPal. Card payments are handled securely through a third-party company — your card details are encrypted and we never store your card security number.
