The 20010866 insulation is manufactured to original equipment specifications for thickness, thermal conductivity, and material durability under repeated heating cycles. Heat exchangers operate at high temperatures and are central to the boiler’s ability to transfer combustion heat into the water circuit; if heat is lost unnecessarily to the casing or adjacent parts, the boiler must work harder to maintain set temperatures.
