The Glow-Worm 20020504 Packing Ring EPDM (DN 60) is a precision-made sealing component designed to match the original O-ring/gasket specifications used within the water and flue circuits of many Glow-Worm combi and system boilers. Made from EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) — a synthetic rubber known for excellent resistance to heat, water, and ageing — this packing ring fits around 60 mm diameter connections to create a tight and reliable seal between metal parts such as flue joints, heat exchanger interfaces, or pipe connections. The high elasticity and durability of EPDM help prevent leaks under fluctuating temperatures and pressures typical in boiler operation, so that the system can maintain performance and safety without fluid loss or corrosion at the joint.
