The 801655 Zig Ignitor is manufactured to original equipment specifications, ensuring precise positioning, correct electrical performance, and long-term durability under high-temperature conditions. If the spark is weak, delayed, or misaligned, the boiler may fail to light, experience repeated ignition attempts, or enter safety lockout to prevent unsafe gas build-up.
Over time, ignition electrodes can degrade due to heat exposure, metal fatigue, or the build-up of combustion deposits on the electrode tip.
