The Ideal 175660 Flow Turbine Cartridge is a genuine part engineered for use in various Ideal combi boiler models, including Logic Combi, Logic+ Combi, Independent C24/C30, and others. Positioned near the diverter valve, this cartridge plays a pivotal role in detecting water flow when a hot water tap is opened. Once the flow is sensed, it signals the boiler to activate the burner and deliver hot water instantly. This mechanism allows combi boilers to operate without a separate hot water cylinder, making them compact and efficient. The turbine’s design ensures accurate flow measurement, which is vital for maintaining consistent water temperature and preventing ignition failures. Its brass construction and compatibility with multiple Ideal systems make it a trusted choice for boiler maintenance and repair. As with all internal boiler components, it should be installed by a qualified Gas Safe engineer to ensure safe and optimal operation.
Ideal provide a 1 year warranty on all spare parts. Electrical Deals Direct now sells a wide range of spare parts. If you cannot see the item you require on our website, please call 01934 253600 or email [email protected] for more information.
