Genuine Instanta PR8SP Water Pressure Regulator For Z1841 onwardsThe Instanta PR8SP is a genuine OEM water pressure regulator for Instanta commercial water boilers and boiling-water taps. Instanta describe it as a pressure reduction valve. It is supplied as an original manufacturer part, not a pattern equivalent. What it doesThe valve controls water moving into or out of the unit. On these boilers a solenoid valve is held open electrically on demand from the control board, so a failure here is either mechanical (a stuck or scaled seat) or electrical (an open or shorted coil).Signs the valve has failedThe unit will not fill, or fills continuouslyWater dispensing when it has not been called forA buzzing or humming valve that does not openWeeping or dripping from the valve body or its connectionsCompatible modelsFits Instanta Z1841 onwards. Instanta also list the PR8SP against the CTSBC2810 SureFlow counter-top boiling and chilled. Always check the part number on your existing component before ordering. If you are unsure, call us on 01934 253600 and we will confirm the right part for your model.FittingIsolate the unit electrically and from the water supply, and allow it to cool and drain down before removing the old part. Fitting by a competent engineer is recommended. No gas or G3 qualification applies to these units.Instanta provide a 1 year warranty on all genuine spare parts.
