Remeha S57717 flue gas damper, also referred to as an air inlet damper, is a replacement airflow control component designed for compatible Remeha boiler systems. It regulates the movement of combustion air and flue gases, helping maintain efficient and safe boiler operation.
The damper forms part of the combustion and flue system, controlling airflow to ensure the correct air-to-gas ratio is achieved during operation. Accurate airflow management supports stable combustion, improved efficiency and reliable heat output while assisting the boiler's safety functions.
Over time, dampers can become worn, obstructed or damaged due to heat exposure, condensate and prolonged use. A faulty damper may lead to combustion faults, poor efficiency or boiler lockouts. Replacing the component helps restore correct airflow control and dependable system performance.
Manufactured for compatibility with specified Remeha boiler models, the S57717 flue gas damper (air inlet damper) is supplied as a replacement spare part for professional servicing, maintenance and repair applications.
