How do I join the EDD Rewards Points program?

Click on the account button at the top right of the home page and create an account using your email address and password. 

When can I redeem my points?

Points are redeemable at every 1000 you earn. For example, if you earn 3000 points, you can either redeem 3x1000 points for 3000 all together. 

Is it free to join? 

Yes! The Loyalty Points program is free to join. 

What rewards do I get? 

Loyalty points members will have access to exclusive discounts and regular chances to win additional prizes in draws and giveaways. Members will be able to convert their points in prizes when they have reached certain thresholds. 

Where can I find out what my points are? 

Access your points through the account button on the top right of the main web page and selecting 'Reward Points'

Do my points ever expire? 

Yes, your points have a 1 year expiry date from the date of purchase 

How do I redeem my points? 

You will redeem your points through your account or by getting in contact with our sales team [email protected]

Can I opt out of loyalty points? 

Yes, just get in touch with our sales team ([email protected]) to confirm you want to close your account. All points collect at the time of account closure will be lost and cannot be added back to another account if you wish to come back at any point. 

Can I transfer my points to another account? 

No, all points collected are specific to the account used at the point of purchase. 

How can I earn bonus points? 

You can earn bonus rewards points from signing up to the mailing list, leaving product reviews and creating a rewards point account.
