The Vaillant 0020025045 Connection Tube is an original-equipment component crafted for use in several Vaillant condensing boiler models (particularly within the ecoTEC Plus, ecoTEC Pro, VUW and VUW ranges). It forms a critical link between internal circuits—such as the primary heating loop, heat exchanger or internal manifold—ensuring that the designed flow path and pressure drops are maintained as intended by the manufacturer. Manufactured to Vaillant’s precise specifications, this connection tube features properly formed bends, exact length and diameter, correct end-fittings or O-rings and a direct-fit installation with no need for aftermarket modification. Because modern boilers are engineered with exact hydraulic requirements in mind, any deviation (such as using a generic tube or incorrect routing) can lead to performance issues, noise, elevated system pressure, component stress or premature failure. Installation requires a qualified engineer: the system should be isolated and cooled, pressure released, the defective tube removed, adjacent seals inspected and replaced if necessary, and the new 0020025045 tube fitted in the correct orientation and secured to factory torque specifications. After installation, the system should be refilled, re-pressurised, purged of air and tested for leaks and correct flow behaviour.
