The Vaillant 0020231443 Wall Seal DN 100 is a high-quality, manufacturer-approved accessory designed for use with compatible Vaillant condensing boiler installations. When a flue passes through an external wall, a clean, weather-resistant finish is essential—not only for aesthetics but for system performance and long-term durability. This wall seal ensures the flue penetration is neatly covered, the surrounding wall aperture is closed off, and the external finish matches the boiler’s trim design. Moulded in a robust, UV-stable white material, this seal is engineered to withstand external environmental conditions such as rain, frost, sunlight and thermal cycling. The “DN 100” designation confirms the 100 mm diameter flue it is designed to accommodate, ensuring correct fit and compliance with flue manufacturer and boiler installer requirements. Using the correct wall seal helps prevent water ingress behind the flue pipe, reduces cold drafts that can affect boiler performance, and avoids misalignment or gaps that could degrade the installation appearance or function.
