The HETAS-certified SFUTS Universal Thermal Store, fully pre-plumbed and pre-wired, is engineered to integrate various heat sources such as gas or oil boilers, wood burners, solar thermal or PV panels, electric inputs, and more. Operating on the principle of thermal storage, it stores primary water from central heating systems without coils, receiving inputs from boilers and wood burners to ensure effective buffering and consequent efficiency.

Mains pressure hot water is efficiently delivered via a sizable integral coil, facilitating rapid bath filling and power showering without the need for a pump. During summer, the solar coil, if utilized, largely fulfills hot water requirements, while in winter, the activated wood burner manages most heating and hot water tasks.

Central heating is drawn from the store, acting as a buffer for swift radiator or underfloor heating warm-up. Controlled by thermostats, energy inputs maintain the store's temperature. Being a sealed system, it is suitable for underfloor heating setups. The primary circuits are 28mm and can be branched off for two separate circuits if needed.

Safety is paramount with the Universal. As a sealed system, it comes equipped with a relief valve, thermal safety valve, and tundish, in addition to the included hot water pack. It complies with Part G of the Building Regulations and offers dual levels of overheat protection.

Constructed of stainless steel, it is manufactured in the UK and backed by a 10-year guarantee. Independently CE marked and expertly assessed, it meets G3 Building Regulations standards.
