In this article we will have a look at their core range of direct and indirect cylinders. OSO Hotwater use a unique spiral weld in the construction of our cylinders. The cylinder body is made from a roll of stainless steel using a continuous weld within a controlled atmosphere, to maximise production quality and efficiency. Individual cylinder bodies are then laser cut to size for each cylinder capacity, before the end caps are welded on to complete the finished pressure vessel.

OSO Hotwater Direct Cylinder – SUPER EPRESS SX:

The OSO SUPER XPRESS VIP SX is a direct pre-plumbed cylinder. These pre-plumbed units come with an integral expansion vessel saves up to 70% labour during installation. OSO cylinders are the shortest cylinder systems on the market, and are able to produce 20% more hot water than other cylinders; which enables you to downsize when going with OSO units.

SX is insulated with award-winning OSO Vacuum Insulation Panel (VIP) technology, ensuring reduced heat loss and energy consumption. The SX range upto 210L can share the same footprint as a washing machine, with using an additional washing machine frame.

The SX range comes in 6 different capacities; 120, 150, 180, 210, 250, 300 litres.

Indirect Cylinder – SUPER COIL SC:

The OSO SUPER COIL SC is an indirect pre-plumbed cylinder range. Like the SX range this also comes as a pre-plumbed unit with an integral expansion vessel saves up to 70% labour during installation. SC cylinders also has a smooth limescale resistant heating coil ensuring efficient heat transfer.

The SC comes as standard with an ultra-grade INCOTEC immersion heater as backup which can be connected to Solar panels. The SC range upto 210L can share the same footprint as a washing machine, with using an additional washing machine frame.

The SC range comes in 6 different capacities; 120, 150, 180, 210, 250, 300 litres.
