The Dolphin Velocity hand dryer is a highly energy-efficient and adaptable hand dryer, very well suited to high-volume, prestige washrooms. It has a high quality stainless steel construction and a steel backplate to improve the level of vandal resistance. The Velocity dryer is available in a choice of 3 different finishes (selectable below) - either polished steel (BC2001), brushed chrome (BC2001) or white (BC2001W).

Drying time is around 10 seconds.

The reliability of this dryer is demonstrated through the provision of the 5 year manufacturer's warranty.

Most importantly, both the level of airflow (i.e. fan) can be adjusted, and the heater can be switched either on or off. As well as offering the potential for even greater energy savings, this allows a comfortable hand drying experience all year round. the table below demonstrates the power saving through each of these options.

The Velocity is a pretty quiet dryer anway, but changing these settings also has a huge impact on the noise level, taking it down to as low as 71 dB - see the table below for more information.
