If you're looking for a counter-top boiling water dispenser, you'll find that by far the most important factor is your budget.

At the low end of the price range, you will get what is often called an 'urn', and the cheapest of those are manual fill (i.e. you need to fill them up yourself rather than being plumbed into a mains water supply). As you go up the price range, you get to the advanced dispensers you see in use at coffee shops and behind the scenes at restaurants.

And as the capacity increases, so does the price.
