Whether using electric or gas, a rotisserie meal is one of simplistic beauty and full of flavour.

Rotisserie grilling is a roasting technique using a spit which runs down the centre of the meat. The benefits of this is which each turn you get an evenly cooked piece of meat every time. They can be powered either by gas or electric, both of these options produce crisp and moist chickens or joints of meat - however gas is often more preferable as it is cheaper to run.
