The Ideal 174813 Diverter Valve Head is a component designed for use in a wide range of Ideal boilers, including Logic, Logic+, Vogue, I-mini, Esprit Eco, and Independent models. This valve head acts as the motorised actuator that controls the diverter valve, which is responsible for directing heated water either to the central heating system or to the domestic hot water supply. When a hot water tap is opened, the valve head responds by shifting the flow path, ensuring instant hot water delivery without compromising heating performance. Its precise movement and reliable response are crucial for maintaining comfort and efficiency in combi boiler systems. Constructed from durable materials and engineered for compatibility with Ideal’s hydraulic assemblies, this part is a common replacement during servicing or fault diagnosis. Proper installation by a qualified engineer ensures optimal performance and helps prevent issues like lukewarm water or delayed heating response.
Electrical Deals Direct now sells a wide range of spare parts. If you cannot see the item you require on our website, please call 01934 253600 or email [email protected] for more information.
