The compact Polar countertop Blast Chiller is a powerful and reliable addition to the commercial kitchen. Able to easily and quickly chill food from +70C to +3C in 90 minutes, compliance with food hygiene regulations is adhered to, whilst food quality, taste and appearance is preserved. The fully insulated door is self-closing to improve thermal efficiency and the sturdy stainless steel construction ensures the compact blast chiller is easy to clean and robust.
