Genuine Tesla OR476 Immersion Heater Gasket
Genuine Tesla OR476 immersion heater gasket. Seals the immersion heater to the cylinder boss; fit a new one whenever the element is disturbed.
What it does
The gasket seals the immersion heater against the cylinder boss. It is a consumable: once an element has been unscrewed the old gasket has taken a set and will not seal reliably again, so a new one goes on every time the immersion is disturbed. Fitting the old one back is the usual cause of a weep around the boss after an element change.

Installation
