The Zip 95338 is a genuine original manufacturer hot sensor pocket designed for use with the EconoBoil, HydroBoil, and HydroBoil Plus 3 to 7.5 litre on-wall boiling water appliances operating on Generation 4, precision-engineered to Zip Water's exact specifications to ensure a secure, accurate housing for the boiling tank temperature sensor within the appliance. Serving as the interface between the boiling tank and the temperature sensor probe, the hot sensor pocket ensures that the sensor is held in direct, consistent contact with the tank to enable accurate temperature monitoring by the appliance's electronic control system — a function that is fundamental to maintaining boiling water to within 0.5°C of the set temperature and ensuring the safe, energy-efficient operation of your Zip Water appliance at all times. A damaged or degraded sensor pocket can result in poor sensor contact, inaccurate temperature readings, and erratic heating behaviour, making timely replacement with the correct manufacturer part essential to the continued precision and reliability of your boiling water system. All replacement work must be carried out by a suitably qualified engineer in strict compliance with Zip Water's technical guidelines and all applicable plumbing and electrical regulations.
