Light Use or Heavy Use?
For one or two infrequently used basins which are located close to each other, select 'Light Use'
For basins which are more frequently used, such as in the washroom of a small business, or which are further apart (but no more than 10m apart) select Heavy Use.
For situations where a basin is further than 10m from the water heater, we would recommend purchasing separate heaters for each outlet.
If you would rather have an instantaneous water heater (which may have lower running costs but would require a separate, more powerful supply cable than a normal ring main cable, there are some slightly different questions to answer.
