Genuine Reliance HRP0168 10 Bar T&P Relief Valve 1/2" x 15mm with 3/4" Bush
A 10 bar temperature and pressure relief valve with a 1/2 inch inlet, a 15mm outlet and a 3/4 inch bush for cylinders with a 3/4 inch boss.
What it does
A temperature and pressure relief valve is the last line of protection on an unvented cylinder. It sits in the upper part of the cylinder, where the water is hottest. If the temperature controls fail and the water passes its set temperature, or the pressure rises past the set pressure, the valve lifts and discharges to the tundish.
Where it fits
Unvented hot water storage cylinders and water heaters - the temperature and pressure relief valve that discharges if the stored water exceeds its set temperature or pressure.
Specification
- Pressure setting 10 bar
- 1/2" inlet with 3/4" bush
- 15mm outlet
Installation
G3 qualified installation required (Building Regulations Part G, unvented hot water storage). A genuine Reliance part for a reliable, like-for-like replacement. In stock at Electrical Deals Direct.
