CPT22 valve set and locked at 4.5 bar, with a 95mm standard probe, 3/4 inch BSP male inlet and 22mm compression outlet.
What it does
A temperature and pressure relief valve is the last line of protection on an unvented cylinder. It sits in the upper part of the cylinder, where the water is hottest. If the temperature controls fail and the water passes its set temperature, or the pressure rises past the set pressure, the valve lifts and discharges to the tundish.
