The FCV280 slimlineconvection oven will prove invaluable to the small snack bar and coffee shop. It brings the performance of our larger ovens to the location where space is limited. The oven will perfectly cook or reheat pastries and savouries with its fan assisted operation and the armoured heating element ensures a quick temperature heat up. This mini oven is supplied with 3 shelves (2 wire racks and 1 baking tray).
