The RFG8 from Roller Grill is an efficient yet compact 8 litre single tank gas fryer. It i perfect for a mobile caterer. It is ideal for cooking fresh or frozen produce and has an output of 13kg/h for fresh produce. There are burners beneath the oil container. This adds ease of the operation, cleaning as well as the maintenance. This fryer is available in different capacities as well as both modular and gas models.
