The FD80DR from Roller Grill is a compact double electrical fryer with a drain tap. It can be used for up to 10 fish fillets at once and has a fresh output of 36kg/h. Some larger establishments use this smaller fryer for frying foods with a strong flavour e.g. garlic mushrooms, and their main fryer for all other foods. This avoids contaminating the oil in your main fryer. Another benefit of this fryer is the cold zone of oil below the element helps to prolong the life of your fryer. FD series comes in a single or double fryer. The single FD series ranges from 5L to 12L and the double 10 to 16L and some of the models are available with a drain tap included.

If we can speed this up, we will, but you can also select Express Delivery when you check out and get your purchase more quickly (usually the next working day, subject to a 1pm cut-off): there is an extra charge for this ranging from £5 to £29.99 depending on the products you are buying.
