The RFE16C from Roller Grill is a powerful 16 litre single tank electrical fryer. It is ideal for cooking fresh or frozen produce and has an output of 25kg/h for fresh produce. A benefit of this fryer is the cold zone of oil below the element helps to prolong the life of your fryer. This particular model has three power settings; 4Kw for maintaining oil temperature, 8Kw for fresh cooking and 12Kw for high capacity and frozen products. This fryer is available in different capacities as well as both modular and gas models.
