Choosing a Commercial Hand Dryer? You've Come to the Right Place!

Familiar names like the Dyson Airblade and the Warner Howard Airforce dominate public washrooms, but several lesser-known brands match them on performance and beat them on value. Recent years have brought real progress in noise levels, blade dryer design and drying speed. Budget Hand Dryers
You might be a contractor who has just been asked to buy a hand-drying unit, or you might have a low-usage washroom somewhere like a village hall. The type of dryer matters less than one thing: at this end of the market, it has to actually work. If it is too slow, people give up, leave wiping their hands on their jeans, and think twice about washing them at all next time - which defeats the point of moving away from paper towels.

High-Performance Hand Dryers
As usage goes up, build quality and running cost matter more than headline specifications. The three below earn their place on reliability and cost per dry.

- The PR Clean in nickel from Warner Howard - PHS (shown on the left), built for the heavier traffic of an office block, school or busy venue, with a finish that suits a washroom where appearance counts.
- It might have an unfortunate name, but the Kangarillo 2 from Handy Dryers is an excellent alternative to more expensive dryers whilst still performing well. An automatic element varies heat output with the ambient temperature, available in multiple finishes.
