Ideal for convenient sandwich or salad preparation, the Polar refrigerated countertop unit fits up to seven ¼ gastronorm pans for fresh produce. Featuring a full glass sneeze screen to maintain high standards of hygiene, the temperature can be easily altered through a simple but effective electronic control. A built-in continual evaporator will keep frost off the cooling system, providing efficient long-term cooling.
