Introducing the Polar Refrigerated Servery Topper - perfect for fast and convenient access to chilled ingredients such as salad, fresh herbs and cooked meats. Able to accommodate up to six gastronorm pans (5x 1/3rd size, 1x 1/2 size), you can keep large quantities of ingredients to make the preparation of pizza, sandwiches or salad fast and efficient. The unit is also suitable for use front of house, as the handy sneeze screen ensures customers can choose their ingredients whilst minimising the risk of contamination.
