Ideal for front or back of house use, the Polar Refrigerated Servery Topper reliably keeps up to eight 1/3rd size Gastronorm pans of food hygienically chilled and ready for prep or service. Equally effective as a self-service salad station or part of a takeaway pizza prep line, the Polar offers impressive cooling performance, even when ambient temperatures reach as high as 43°C. The glass surround helps to further improve hygiene, reducing contamination from sneezes and coughs.
