Reliance RWC valves and spare parts
Reliance RWC valves are fitted as original equipment on many UK water heaters and unvented cylinders, including Heatrae Sadia and Santon. They protect against over-pressure and overheating, so a replacement must match the original exactly. We stock genuine Reliance parts with trade pricing and same-day dispatch on stock items.
What we stock, by part
- Pressure relief valves: Series 101, 102 and 107 valves from 3 to 10 bar, plus offset nut expansion valves and Cash Acme valves.
- Temperature and pressure (T&P) relief valves: TPR15, TPR22, CPT15 and CPT22 valves from 4.5 to 10 bar, in standard and long-probe versions.
- Pressure reducing valves and cartridges: Predator and adjustable 315I valves, and replacement cartridges from 3 to 7 bar.
- Inlet controls: compact inlet control groups (CWIC series), new and old style Multibloc valves, cold water inlet and combination valves, and relief manifolds and core units.
- Mixing valves and extras: Heatguard thermostatic mixing and tempering valves, plus thermostats, thermostat pockets, tundishes and expansion vessel hoses.
Finding the right part
Check the bar rating stamped on your existing valve and its connection size and type (M x F, F x F, 15mm or 22mm). Pressure relief, T&P and pressure reducing valves are not interchangeable, so replace like for like. On unvented systems, safety valves should be fitted by a G3-qualified installer.
