The new Dyson Airblade AB14 dB hand dryer is the fastest way to dry hands and is now a massive 50% quieter! Suitable for use in all washrooms, it is particularly recommended for high-usage situations, where speed of drying is important and queues need to be avoided.
By focusing on the noise coming from two particular areas on the Dyson airblade, the air rush noise and the motor noise, Dyson engineers have been able to apply the latest technology to improve noise output on this award winning Dyson hand dryer. The result is a reduction of only a few decibels, but this is enough to halve the actual noise level (although it still makes the Airblade one of the noisier models).
Using one of the world's smallest fully-integrated 1600W digital motors, the Dyson airblade AB14 pulls a whopping 30 litres of air a second through a HEPA filter - more than any other hand dryer can manage - and then uses that air to dry both sides of your hands via two blades of air which actually scrape the water from your hands.
This combination of dyson airblade technology and the latest Dyson digital motor mean that your hands are dry in just 10 seconds.
