Kingspan are one of the market leading manufactures of hot water products and have been in the industry for over 85 years. All of the Kingspan cylinders are unvented systems and these are ideal for heating anything from a 2 bedroom apartment to a 3 bedroom house or bigger. Combining the right cylinder with the right installer can provide fast, safe, mains pressure hot water around the home. Kingspan provide a 25 year guarantee on the basic vessel and a 2 year guarantee on components.
The new unvented hot water system provides fast flow rates, energy efficient insulation, quick recovery coils and the use of an external expansion vessel to reduce maintenance. The Albion Ultrasteel comes in both indirect and direct models with capacities ranging from 120 litres to 300 litres. Kingspan recommend the direct units are suitable for domestic use only, whilst the indirect units are for domestic and small commercial use.
The difference between the Albion Ultrasteel and Albion Ultrasteel plus is a built-in thermal expansion space. The addition of this eliminates the need for an external expansion vessel, resulting in a simpler installation and a more efficient hot water supply. These models provide up to 14 percent more hot water compared to a cylinder with an external vessel. These cylinders also come in both indirect and direct models and come in capacities from 120 to 300 litres. Take a look at one of these products by clicking here.
The Tribune pre plumbed unvented cylinder is made from Duplex Stainless Steel for corrosion resistance, a strong rust proofed steel casing and is insulated with foam. Time is saved on installation as well as increased reliability of the installation because they are pre plumbed. These indirect cylinders come in capacities 120, 150, 180, 210, 250 and 300 litres.
Ideal for places with limited and restricted space due to their slimline design. The 60 litre model is the smallest of all and is perfect for fitting into the smallest of spaces due to its incredible 478mm diameter and 673mm height. This means houses that previously could not have the benefits of mains pressure hot water now can. The slimline cylinders come in both indirect and direct models and come in capacities from 60 to 210 litres.
